With this one, you just need to be sure of the total cost before purchase. The issue stems from unlocks for EE, T-Mobile and Orange where they try to hide to real cost as it is so expensive.
Now just to put it out there - iPhone Unlocks (without jailbreaking) are done by Apple with a request from an operator, and has a fixed cost associated. Some operators/carriers will foot for some of the cost, others (such as Orange/EE/T-Mobile) don't seem to.
From what I understand, this website basically has dealings with the various operators (or people within them) and get them to do the unlock.
If you read the small print on this website, the Orange/EE/T-Mobile unlocks actually cost £99.99! They show a nice big £19.99 header price and then underneath is "£80 to complete the unlock".
My opinion would be to speak to your provider first before resorting to websites like these.
